  1. Can I pay for Microtherm® by credit card?

    The facility to pay for standard stock Microtherm® products by a range of common credit cards is available. It allows us to speed up the order processing cycle and consequent lead-time, and saves the customer money on opening a letter of credit and associated administration.

  2. For the range of Microtherm® products shown on this web site, are stock sizes available and how quickly can they be delivered ? What about specials?

    Stock sizes of products are available from our manufacturing sites for despatch, normally within 48 hours. Our Sales Offices and our Sales Managers around the world can give advice on sizes and specifications held in stock. Because of our ability to effectively tailor make products to suit our customers’ specific requirements, much of our production will consist of "specials". In this case delivery time will normally be three to four weeks. Our Sales Offices will advise on a best course of action when Microtherm® insulation is needed urgently.

    Yes. We are totally flexible and will always do our very best to meet a customer’s special needs. As the content and product complexity may be different for each order, the situation has to be reviewed on an order by order basis. Obviously, if additional transportation or handling costs are incurred, these must be met by the customer.
